What do you get?
1. COMMISSION:
By accepting and purchasing my artist commission services, you agree to all the conditions set forth below.
I claim all rights to the commissioned artwork.
Please do not use my art for AI art, blockchains, NFTs, or anything related to cryptocurrencies.
I may decline the order if I cannot fulfill it, or if it does not fit my style or skills.
I do not accept commissions with insufficient descriptions or without reference images.
It is forbidden to alter or redraw the final artwork without my consent. If you do this, I will not accept any future commissions from you.
Personal commissions: You may not resell my art, create merchandise, or use it for any other purpose.
Commercial commissions: 50%+ of the commission is paid; you may create merchandise and use it for any other purpose.2. COMMISSION PROCEDURE:
You can contact me via direct message on Twitter or Gmail ([email protected]) and describe the artwork you'd like. We greatly appreciate the details of your commission. Remember, the more details you provide, the better your artwork will be (examples of details you can include: color palette, reference images, pose).
The commission takes between 2 weeks and 3 months to complete. This largely depends on the complexity of the piece and my workflow (waiting list). I usually work on several commissions simultaneously. To be added to the waiting list, you must pay the full commission amount.3. PAYMENTS:
Payments are made via PayPal (USD).
You must pay the full commission to begin.
Refund status:
If I haven't started yet: I will refund 100% (minus PayPal fees).
If I've already started: I'll send you what I've completed, charge you for my work, and refund the remaining balance.
Important!: If you wish to request a refund, please contact me first. My accounts are at risk of being compromised by the platform's policies. If you do so without notifying me first, you'll be blacklisted, and I will never accept a commission from you again.4. COMMISSION PROCESS:
Step 1: In the first stage, you'll submit the sketch of the artwork. This is the time to make significant changes (composition, pose, elements, etc.).* You're welcome to make sketches over my drawing for corrections.* Please, I want the artwork to be excellent and to your complete satisfaction, but don't overwhelm me with constant changes. Be clear.
Step 2: Once the sketch is approved, I'll begin the line art and rendering. For this reason, I can no longer make significant changes.* Only minor and color changes will be made at this stage.
Step 3: Once finished, the piece will go through final review, and once approved, I'll be able to send you a link to your final work. (◜ᴗ◝)/5. DELIVERY:
The artwork is delivered in a compressed .zip file via a Drive link or email (please verify that it's the correct email address).
